When you resurface an existing pavement
the key to performance and durability is in
the preparation. To insure maximum
performance we recommend repairing the
bad areas prior to overlaying the
pavement. Refer to our R&R repair
section on our Maintenance Page for a
full description of how the repairs are
performed. Wherever necessary we mill
the pavement at walks and transition
points to assure the parking lot will
continue to function as it was originally
designed. This is especially important
when snow plowing equipment is used.
